Extract IDs from Facebook, TikTok and social links

Paste a link to read the identifier already in its URL: a numeric ID, video or post code, or username. The result names its type so you can copy the right value. Process multiple links at once, free and without signing in.

Input linkValue read from URLCheck before using
Facebook profile.php?id=…, reel/…Numeric ID already present in a query parameter or path.A Reel content ID differs from an account ID; read the result label.
TikTok @user/video/…Video ID; a profile link with only @user returns a username.A username is not the account’s numeric ID.
YouTube watch?v=…, channel/UC…Video ID or channel ID according to the URL.An @handle URL returns a handle; it is not converted into a channel ID.
Instagram p/…, reel/…Post or Reel shortcode; a profile link returns a username.A post code is not the account’s numeric ID.

Why a link may not give a numeric ID

Link contains a username
A profile link with readable text contains a username or handle. This tool does not query an API for a hidden numeric ID behind it.
Short share link
A short share link may contain only a redirect code. The tool does not follow it; open the destination and copy its full URL if you need the content ID.
Unrecognized link
If no identifier is found, check the platform host and the object path. Home pages, help pages and lookalike domains do not produce a result.

Processing scope and result checks

Links are parsed in your browser from their URL structure. The page does not call social platform APIs to look up accounts, follow redirects or verify that content still exists. The result is the string present in the link, not proof of ownership or current account/post status. Check which ID type your destination system requires before using it.

Facebook usernames in profile URLs can change, and YouTube distinguishes handles from channel IDs. If an app requires a numeric or channel ID, use a URL that contains that value or the platform’s official tools. Find your YouTube channel ID.
