Merge PDF Online
Need to merge a contract, attachments, or study materials into one PDF? Choose the files, put them in the right order, and merge them into a single document. Pages within each source file keep their original order; after downloading, open the file to check the result.

Choose at least two PDFs
Add the files you want in one document. Use Add Files if you missed one.
Set the file order
Drag files or use the up/down buttons. The tool adds every page of the first file, then the next.
Merge and check the download
Select Merge PDF, download the new copy and compare its page order and count with the originals.
Choose the right document workflow
The list in the tool controls file order. Every page in each PDF goes into the new document in its existing order.
| You need | What to do | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Combine a contract and attachments | Add the PDFs, move the contract to the top, then select Merge PDF. | Open the download and check the first page, each file boundary and the last page. |
| Use only some pages from a file | Extract the pages you need with Split PDF first, then add that PDF to the merge list. | The merged copy contains only the pages selected in the split copy. |
| The merged file must be smaller | Merge first, then try Compress PDF. | Compare file size and readability after compression; merging does not set a target size. |
Check the merged PDF
Pages and order
Add up the source page counts and compare them with the download. Review the point where each file ends and the next begins.
Forms and signatures
If a source PDF has form fields or digital signatures, open the merged copy in the reader you will use to send it and check them again. The tool creates a new document from source pages and does not verify those features.
If merging fails
- A PDF asks for a password
- Open the source file. If you know its password, create an unlocked copy with PDF Password and try merging that copy.
- A file is damaged or is not a PDF
- Open each file in a PDF reader to find the problem, remove it from the list and choose a valid PDF.
- Many pages or limited device memory
- Merge smaller groups, close other tabs and retry. The practical file count depends on device memory and document size.
Where are the PDFs processed?
In this merge flow, your browser reads the selected files and creates a new PDF for download; file contents are not sent to an KitoTool merge API. The page still loads a processing library from a CDN and sends general page analytics. The originals on your device are not changed.
