If the ZIP will not open or save
- ZIP will not open
- Check that the file is a valid .zip archive. If the extraction library did not load, check your connection and reload the page.
- Wrong password
- Re-enter the password and retry the protected file. You can still download unencrypted files from the same ZIP.
- Cannot save the extracted files
- Check write permission and free space in the destination folder. If files download one by one, allow multiple downloads if prompted.
